The usual response is thank you.
Why is that? Why do we take pride in something that we’re not? Why are we ashamed of our roots when our roots speak louder than most? Why do we rewrite our stories with a universal code made to destroy our culture & heritage? Tell me why is it that we’re so quick to smile when someone calls us non-Saudi? My dearest friends, everything in life has it’s yin & it’s yang; don’t be so quick to trade off your identity & your beliefs by taking part in such silly sarcasm. Foreign media writes our stories with the voices that they want to hear, let’s make our voice louder & tell our own story.
